As I drove to Crossfit this morning, my stomach turned in knots like usual, I was still giddy and excited to see the WOD (workout of the day). One of the things I love about Crossfit is that it’s never the same ole same ole and we don’t know what we’re doing until we get there.
I need this for my personality type. I like new things and need change in my routine. Back to the tummy in knots issue. I’ve yet to pinpoint whether it’s the nervousness/sheer fright I feel each time I go or the fact that it’s 4:10 in the morning. Either way, I face my fear and always leave feeling stronger and ecstatic that I decided to JUST GO FOR IT.
I encourage you to face your fear today, whatever it is. You just may find that it’s not so bad after all.
