You CAN’T do it all, so do what you CAN do and make that your priority for the day. The rest is gravy 😉
It really does help to write down the multiple tasks we have as our days becomes hectic and we’re bogged down with distractions and more to do lists as the day goes on.
Jot down the things that MUST be done during your day NO MATTER WHAT on a sticky note, in your phone, or planner and stay committed and on track to accomplish those tasks.
Everything else is secondary and will be done IF there’s time after your work, kids’ school work, feeding your family and YOURSELF, and spending some time without distractions with your children and spouse if you have one.
